When you purchase an Cosmonaut NFT, you own the image. You are free to use the NFT for any purpose you wish. However, the Cosmonauts Club name and Logo is a registered trademark of Cosmonauts Club Labs Pty Ltd., and cannot be used without express permission. We encourage all holders of a Cosmonaut to take full advantage of your IP rights. Please note if at anytime you sell your Cosmonaut NFT you relinquish all rights and do not have permissions to use any longer.
